Terms of Service

By booking an appointment with Elite Detailing West County, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. Please read them carefully.

Section 01

General Service Agreements

1.1

Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment with Elite Detailing West County — whether by phone, text, online form, or any other method — the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms are effective at the time of booking.

1.2

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in every detail. If you are not completely satisfied with the service provided, please notify us upon completion of the appointment so we can address your concerns and ensure the result meets our Elite standards. Satisfaction concerns must be raised at the time of service or within 24 hours of completion.

1.3

Service Location & Safety

All services must be performed in a location that is legal, safe, and sufficiently spacious to allow our technician to work freely around all sides of the vehicle. Elite Detailing West County reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working environment is deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable for professional detailing.

Section 02

Client Responsibilities & Utilities

2.1

Water & Power Access

As a fully mobile detailing service, Elite Detailing West County requires access to a functional outdoor water spigot and a standard 120V electrical outlet at the service location. We supply all of our own professional-grade equipment, including heavy-duty extension cords and water hoses. The client is responsible for ensuring access to these utilities prior to the scheduled appointment.

2.2

Utility Liability

Elite Detailing West County is not responsible for any pre-existing electrical or plumbing issues on the client's property — including but not limited to blown fuses, tripped breakers, or leaking spigots — that occur during the normal use of our equipment. We use industry-standard power loads and water pressure consistent with professional detailing.

2.3

Personal Belongings & Vehicle Prep

Clients are responsible for removing all personal items, valuables, and loose belongings from the vehicle prior to the appointment. Elite Detailing West County assumes no liability for personal items left in the vehicle. If the vehicle has not been cleared of bulk garbage or excessive trash, an Excessive Trash Removal fee of $15+ will be assessed at the technician's discretion.

Section 03

Pricing, Packages, & Additional Fees

3.1

Base Package Pricing

Package pricing (Interior Reset, Exterior Reset, Premium Detail, Elite Detail, Elite Signature Detail, and the Exterior Enhancement Package) is determined by vehicle size: Sedan, SUV, or Truck / Van. Vehicles that fall outside standard size classifications — including extended vans, large commercial vehicles, or oversized trucks — may be subject to an Oversized Vehicle Fee: $20+ in addition to the applicable package price.

3.2

Vehicle Condition Surcharges

All package prices are based on vehicles in average condition. Elite Detailing West County reserves the right to apply additional fees following a visual inspection upon arrival. Applicable surcharges include:

  • Heavily Neglected Vehicle: $25+
  • Excessive Mud, Soil, or Sand Removal: $25+
  • Excessive Trash Removal: $15+

The client will be notified of any applicable surcharges before work proceeds.

3.3

Biohazards & Pet Hair

Services requiring specialized cleanup beyond standard detailing will incur additional fees. These include:

  • Biohazard Cleanup: $50+
  • Mold / Mildew Remediation: $75+
  • Pet Hair Removal: Price Varies (assessed based on severity)
3.4

Add-On Services

Specialized add-on treatments are not included in any base package and must be requested or explicitly approved by the client before application. Add-on services include, but are not limited to:

  • Pet Hair Removal: $40+
  • 2-4 Month Ceramic Wax Protection: Contact for Quote
  • 9+ Month Ceramic Wax Protection: Contact for Quote
  • Clay Bar Decontamination: Contact for Quote
  • Leather Conditioned / Seat Shampoo: Contact for Quote
  • Engine Bay Detail: Contact for Quote
  • Headlight Restoration: Contact for Quote
  • Black Trim Restoration: Contact for Quote
  • Paint Correction: Contact for Quote
  • Ceramic Coating: Contact for Quote

Full pricing for all add-on services is available on our website. No add-on charges will be applied without client awareness and approval.

Section 04

Vehicle Condition & Liability

4.1

Pre-Service Inspection & Pre-Existing Damage

Upon arrival, our technician will conduct a pre-service visual inspection of the vehicle to document any existing scratches, dents, tears, stains, chips, or interior damage. Elite Detailing West County is not liable for pre-existing damage or for conditions that only become visible once dirt, grime, or other debris has been removed during the detailing process. Clients are encouraged to review and acknowledge the pre-inspection notes before service begins.

4.2

Mechanical & Electrical Issues

Elite Detailing West County is not responsible for mechanical or electrical issues that arise as a result of the normal detailing process, particularly in vehicles with pre-existing faults — including but not limited to exposed or damaged wiring, improperly sealed electrical components, active water leaks, deteriorated seals, or other underlying maintenance issues. Clients are encouraged to disclose any known issues with their vehicle prior to service.

Section 05

Scheduling, Cancellation, & Payment

5.1

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours' advance notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. To modify your appointment, contact us directly at (314) 208-8766 or via Instagram at @elitedetailingwc. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

5.2

Weather Conditions

Mobile detailing services are weather-dependent. In the event of rain, severe weather, or conditions that would prevent a safe and quality result, Elite Detailing West County reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to the nearest available date at no additional cost to the client. We will communicate any weather-related changes as early as possible.

5.3

Media & Marketing

Elite Detailing West County may photograph or record before-and-after images and video of your vehicle for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. License plates will always be obscured or removed from any published content. No personal identifying information — including client name, address, or contact details — will be shared publicly without the client's explicit written consent.

Section 06

Maintenance Plans

6.1

Monthly Maintenance Detail Program

Available exclusively to customers who have previously purchased a Premium Detail from Elite Detailing West County. Starting at $99/mo

Program Terms

  • Monthly Maintenance services are designed to maintain the cleanliness and appearance achieved during the initial Premium Detail.
  • Pricing starts at $99 per month and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements.
  • The first maintenance appointment must be completed within 45 days of the Premium Detail to qualify for maintenance pricing.
  • Maintenance appointments are intended for vehicles that have been regularly maintained and are in reasonable condition between visits.
  • Excessive dirt, mud, sand, pet hair, stains, biohazards, smoke contamination, or other conditions requiring significant additional labor may result in additional charges or require a higher-level service.
  • Maintenance services do not include paint correction, ceramic coating installation, stain extraction, odor elimination, excessive pet hair removal, biohazard cleanup, or other specialty services unless specifically noted and paid for separately.
  • Customers are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the vehicle at the scheduled service location.
  • Missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, or repeated rescheduling may result in removal from the maintenance program.
  • Maintenance pricing and program availability are subject to change at any time. Existing customers will be notified of any pricing changes before their next scheduled service.
  • Elite Detailing West County reserves the right to decline or discontinue maintenance services for vehicles that no longer meet program requirements or have not been maintained regularly.

Billing & Cancellation

  • Maintenance services may be scheduled monthly or every four weeks, depending on availability.
  • Customers may cancel their maintenance membership at any time before their next scheduled appointment.
  • No long-term contract is required unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Failure to maintain regular service intervals may require a new full detail before maintenance pricing can resume.

Service Goal

The purpose of the Monthly Maintenance Program is to keep your vehicle looking its best year-round through routine professional detailing and upkeep. Results may vary depending on vehicle usage, weather conditions, storage conditions, and overall care between appointments.

6.2

Bi-Monthly Maintenance Detail Program

Available exclusively to customers who have previously purchased a Premium Detail from Elite Detailing West County. Designed for customers who want premium upkeep without monthly service — this plan helps preserve your vehicle's cleanliness, appearance, and protection year-round. Starting at $159 every 2 months

Program Terms

  • Available only after completion of a Premium Detail.
  • Pricing starts at $159 per visit and varies based on vehicle size, condition, and service requirements.
  • Services are performed approximately every 60 days (2 months).
  • Vehicles must remain in reasonably maintained condition between appointments to qualify for maintenance pricing.
  • Excessive dirt, mud, sand, pet hair, stains, smoke contamination, biohazards, or other conditions requiring additional labor may result in additional charges.
  • Vehicles requiring extensive restoration may be recommended for a full detail instead of maintenance service.
  • Maintenance services do not include stain extraction, odor elimination, pet hair removal, paint correction, ceramic coating installation, or other specialty services unless purchased separately.
  • Customers must provide safe access to the vehicle and service location at the scheduled appointment time.
  • Elite Detailing West County reserves the right to decline or discontinue maintenance services if a vehicle no longer qualifies for maintenance-level service.

Billing & Cancellation

  • No long-term contract required.
  • Customers may discontinue service at any time.
  • Missed appointments or gaps exceeding 90 days may require a new full detail before maintenance pricing can be reinstated.
  • Pricing and program availability are subject to change with advance notice.

Service Goal

The Bi-Monthly Maintenance Program is designed for busy vehicle owners who want their vehicle professionally refreshed every 60 days while maintaining the appearance and cleanliness established by their initial Premium Detail. It offers a deeper refresh than the monthly plan while still providing significant savings compared to booking full details repeatedly.
